If you need to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, please describe the circumstances and contact us. Under any circumstances, please note that the refund procedure will be subject to processing fee. This fee is paid to Stripe, which is a payment system, and does not serve as income to us.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To exchange your product, you should mail your product, with copy of receipt, to:
